Refund Policy

If it is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email laprairie.brad1@gmail.com with your order number. You don't need to send the bottle back unless we ask, and you don't need to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear one.

When you get your money

We send the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

The fine print

The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered. One refund per customer for the same product, so it stays fair for everyone.
